Green Salad with Color

Ingredients:

Romaine Lettuce
Beet Greens
Celery
Parsley

Grated Beets
Grated Carrots
Red Onion

Sunflower / Pumpkin seeds
Ocean Spray Dried Cranberries


Method:
Wash and dry the first four ingredients;
tear the lettuce and beet greens from the stem to the size that you prefer;
chop the celery and parsley fine;
wash, peel and grate the beets and the carrots( I usually do it on the fine side of the grater);
wash,skin and slice red onions in fine rings or chop them in small pieces.
Add the sunflower / pumpkin seeds and the dried cranberries.

Refrigerate until ready for serving.
Add your favorite dressing if desired.
