I found this recipe in my grandma's collection of recipes. It's easy to make and it looks pretty on a dinner table.
You will need 6 fresh beets, cooked
Asparagus bunch – tips cut
French dressing
Mayonnaise dressing
Lettuce leaves for garnish
Boil six young beets, and when cooked, scoop out the centers and fill with asparagus tips that have been soaked in French dressing.
Make a mayonnaise dressing, spread it evenly on a round dish, sink the beets into it, and garnish with young lettuce leaves.
